Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe is the daughter of a mixed-race family from South London in England. The mother of her child is English and her father Nigerian. She was born and lived in a housing estate run by the council in the south of London. In the ages of 14, she attended The Brit School. She went to the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London where she gained an BA in acting. While at school she appeared in numerous stage plays, like the King Henry V's Princess Katherine or Wuthering Heights.
Madekwe started her acting career through a short film called Storm Damage. She has appeared as guest on Teachers Doctors Casualty Drop Dead Gorgeous. Madekwe made her debut motion-picture role in the Woody Allen movie Cassandra's Dream, opposite Colin Farrell and Ewan McGregor. Following that, she played Elisha (a BBC Three drama-pilot) in West 10 LDN. Additionally she was a part of Trexx as Ollie and six episodes in Flipside. In 2008 she landed Bambi's role on ITV2 Drama The Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Secret Diary of a Call Girl. The actress was on two series, 2 and 3. Madekwe played the lead role for How to Lose Friends And Alienate Others. The comedy released in the year 2008. Some of her theatre credits include Little Sweet Thing (by Roy Williams) as well as Flight Path (by David Watson).
Madekwe's US debut came in 2009 when she appeared on The thriller The Beautiful Life. The series aired only two episodes prior to being cancelled on The CW. Ashley Davenport appeared in ABC drama Revenge from February 2011. In late May 2013, it was announced that Madekwe, who had played a regular role in the two previous seasons, was to leave the series following a guest appearance in the premiere episode of the new season. Between 2014 and 2016, Madekwe was a star as Tituba in the TV series Salem. Madekwe and her partner of many years, Iddo Goldenberg, were married in June 2012. They collaborated in the film Secret Diary of a Call Girl. He also played with Madekwe in Salem.

Ashley Leggat grew up in Hamilton Ontario and was a part of a large family. Ashley Leggat was a part of Roy and Patty along with her three older siblings - Brett, Todd and Bram as well as Rob. Ashley's brothers were athletic and were avid baseball players during the summer months as well as hockey in winter. Ashley did not walk; instead, she danced. At age two and a half, she was introduced to Baby Ballet. Ashley discovered her love for dance at this age. Ashley was a dancer who competed throughout the various divisions until she finished high school. She competed in jazz, tap, ballet and pointe, as well as Acrobatics. All of the big dance events, such as International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers, 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance which have awarded her the honor of "top soloist".
